PURPOSE:To sufficiently ease and relieve the pain of a human body by controlling more than one value out of the resistance value of a capacitor, the resistance value of a first connecting line, the resistance value of a second connecting line and the resistance value of a coil so that the start time of a pulse current can be shortened and ringing can be generated after the lapse of drop time. CONSTITUTION:Out of the resistance value of a capacitor 2, the resistance value of a first connecting line 14 to connect the capacitor 2 and a discharge relay 12 as a switching means, the resistance value of a second connecting line 15 to connect the discharge relay 12 and a coil 3 and the resistance value of the coil 3, more than one resistance value is controlled so that start time T3 of a pulse current S2 can be shortened and ringing 13 can be generated after the lapse of drop time T4. For this control of the resistance value, the constituting materials, etc., of the capacitor 2, first connecting line 14, discharge relay 12, second connecting line 15 and coil 3 are selected so that the total value of the resistance values for the capacitor 2, first connecting line 14, second connecting line 15 and coil 3 can be made minimum. |
