摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct a fixing operation in a non-oxidative atmosphere and to obtain a stabilized resistance value by a method wherein a resistor composition is composed of conductive fine powder mainly composed of molybdenum silicide and an inorganic binder containing non-reducing glass and tantalum oxide. CONSTITUTION:Among molybdenum silicide, MoSi2 is most stable when sintered with glass component, Mo and Si are mixed at a suitable molar ratio, the mixture is dispersed into an organic vehicle, and a screen printing is conducted on a ceramic substrate. Then, the above-mentioned material is dried up, fixed in a vacuum or inactive atmosphere, pulverized and the title resistor composition is obtained. The non-reducing glass of an inorganic binder is boron-silicate glass. It is desirable ordinarily that Ta2O5 of 0.5 to 12.0mol% or thereabout is contained in the inorganic binder, and that MoSi2 of 10 to 70wt.% or thereabout for the entire resistor composition will be used. The above-mentioned resistor composition is dispersed into the vehicle consisting of ethyl cellulose and the like and an organic solvent, it is then brought into the state of paste, screen-printed, for example, on the ceramic substrate, dried up, and fixed and a resistor is obtained.</p>
