PURPOSE:To surely prevent the illicit usage of a computer by deciding that a user has the normal program using right only when the prescribed information written on an IC card is proper to carry out a desired operation. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed information is previously written on an IC card 1 at the execution of a computer program and it is decided that a user has the normal program using right only when the information on the card 1 is proper. Thus a desired operation is carried out. The prescribed information means an identification code or a program subroutine. When the user uses the program, the user puts the card 1 into an IC card reader 2 and waits for a command of a control part 4. The program module of the program is first read out of an external storage 6 with a read command of the part 4 and evolved to a main storage part 3. Thus the program is executed. In such a constitution, the illicit usage of a computer is surely prevented. |
