PURPOSE:To remove before hand a product containing a fault which may be found in the future by analyzing the inspection data of plural times as correlating them with each other on a time series. CONSTITUTION:An inspection standard storage part 5 stores the range of a product standard, and a first to an N-th inspection data storage parts 6 to 8 store the inspection data of a first time to an N-th time, and a data trend analyzing part 11 decides the quality of the product from the trend of the change of the inspection data of the first time to the N-th time. Then, operation is started by inputting the serial number of the product by a keyboard 1, and the inspection standard and the series of the inspection data coresponding to this serial number are called out from the inspection standard storage part 5 and the first to the N-th inspection data storage parts 6 to 8 through a data calling-out means 10. Next, they are analyzed by the data trend analyzing part 11, and this result is displayed on a CRT 4. Thus, the out-of-standard performance which may be found after delivery can be detected. |
