PURPOSE:To improve the operation rate of a device by making it possible to transact the money of the other side which need not be supplement- or collection-processed when necessity to supplement or collect one of hard money and paper money arises. CONSTITUTION:When the necessity for supplement or collection arises in a hard money processing part 12, a CPU 60 drives a paper money processing part 13 uninterruptedly so as to make transaction using the paper money possible, and on the other hand, when the necessity for the supplement or the collection arises in the paper money processing part 13, the CPU 60 drives the hard money processing part 12 uninterruptedly so as to make the transaction using the hard money possible. As the result, when either one of the hard money and the paper money becomes to be supplemented or collected, while the money is supplemented or collected by the operation of a clerk, the transaction by the money for the other side becomes possible. Thus, the operation rate of the device can be improved. |
