PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of the display speed of an LCD (liquid crystal display device) at a low temperature by heating the LCD with a heater at the time when a receiver itself receives a call and the temperature of the LCD is lower than a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 8 which detects the temperature of an LCD 9, a comparator 7 which converts the temperature change detected by the sensor 8 to a logic level, a heater 10 which heats the LCD 9, and a heater drive 11 which drives the heater 10 are provided. When the receiver itself receives a call and the temperature of the LCD 9 is lower than the set temperature, the LCD 9 is heated by the heater 10. Thus, the display delay on the LCD 9 due to a low temperature is improved. |
