PURPOSE:To ensure the self-maintenance of the customer information by updating the data on a basic item to the new data written by a member against the special favor of a service menu every time a member visits a store. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer 1 is provided in a case A and at the same time an external storage 2, a card reader 3, a display device 4, and a printer 5 are connected to the computer 1. When a card is put into a card slit 6 formed on the outer surface of the case A, the customer information, etc., stored in the storage 2 are displayed on the device 5. If these displayed information are wrong, the point of change is written into a register form and a changing procedure is carried out. Then, the special favors to be given to the customers, e.g., the discount tickets of commodities, etc., are outputted to the device 4. These tickets are outputted as necessary from the printer 5 via an output port 8. Thus the self-maintenance (self-update via member) of the customer information is ensured. |
