PURPOSE:To independently operate a device even at the time of abnormality of another device by detecting it by a detector that the local oscillation signal from another device is not inputted to the device and controlling a switch to connect a frequency converter to a local oscillator provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:If the local oscillation signal from another device is not inputted to a synchronous input terminal 1 because the power source of another device is turned off or a connection cable is slipped out or disconnected, the reduction of the input level is detected by a detector 5 and a controller connects a common terminal C of a switch 7 to a switching terminal B by switching. Consequently, the output of a local oscillator 4 provided in the device is amplified by an amplifier 2 and is inputted to a frequency converter 3, and a frequency conversion signal is outputted. Thus, the device is operated independently of another device even though the local oscillation signal from another device is not inputted. |
