PURPOSE:To make it possible to suppress the generation of an eddy current by use of a simple constitution by a method wherein a plurality of thin plate-like normal temperature bore plates, which are electrically insulated from each other, are arranged in a laminated state between the inner cylindrical surface of a vacuum container and an inclined magnetic field coil. CONSTITUTION:A normal temperature bore plate 6A, a concentric cylindrical first normal temperature bore plate 11 and a second normal temperature bore plate 12 are provided in the space pinched by a normal temperature bore 6A, which is the inner circumferential surface of a vacuum container 6, and an inclined magnetic field coil 7. The first normal temperature bore plate 11 is supported by the normal temperature bore plate 6 through the intermediary of a first insulating member 9, the second normal temperature bore plate 12 is supported by the first normal temperature bore plate 11 through the intermediary of a second insulating member 10, and a laminated structure, in which the normal temperature bore plates 11 and 12 are electrically insulated with each other, is formed. |
