A waste water drainpipe consists of a main pipe (1) of circular cross-section which is made of concrete in lengths joined end to end. This pipe (1) is divided into separate ducts by internal walls. The water flows through a central duct (4) of parabolic cross-section. The apex (6) of the parabola rests on a bearing (7) which forms part of an inner shell (15). The arms (9) of the parabola are supported by T sections (10) fixed to the wall of the circular pipe. The spaces of each side of the central duct may be used for a variety of purposes such as electric cable ducts or for supporting small dia. pipes. USE - Waste water drainage.
