Measuring blood pressure by oscillation method - forming general envelope curve from pulsed pressure waves from computer
摘要
A binding (1) applies a counter-pressure to interrupt the pulsating pressure waves of the blood flow. These pressure waves modulate the variable external pressure and are converted to electrical signals by a pressure sensor (8). The latter continuously detects changes in the external counter pressure dependent on the patient's diastolic as well as systolic blood pressure values. The amplitudes of the signals of at least two sequential continuous variations of the external counter-pressure are made simultaneously available by electronic memories. These amplitudes are combined to an electrical complete signal under creation of a common envelope curve. At least one blood pressure value to be displayed is formed from this complete signal. ADVANTAGE - Reduced change in measurement result from artefacts.
