<p>PURPOSE:To obtain effective radar information by successively judging a movement average stage for calculating a movement average value signal from a radar video signal in a time series and the minimum value of the movement average value signal to store so as to output as the minimum movement average value signal. CONSTITUTION:A movement-averaging means 1 calculates the movement average value of a radar video signal output from a radar in a time series to output a movement average value signal. A minimum memory 2 successively judges the minimum value of the moving average value signal and the minimum movement average value signal calculated in a time series to store so as to output as the minimum movement average value signal whenever a transmission signal is transmitted. A difference operation means 3 finds the difference between the radar video signal and the minimum average value signal to output as a difference signal. Because the minimum movement average value signal exponentially attenuates a clutter signal by sea clutter can be controlled and a ground video signal can be obtained clearly.</p> |
