发明名称 ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIALS FOR CONTACT REFLECTIVE EXPOSURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high-contrast image in a cheao and small-size device with the reflective contact exposure method, by dotting transparent balls in an opaque photoconductor to provide a light permeating photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A light permeating conductive layer (consisting of In2O3 or the like) 3 is provided on a light permeating supporting material 2 such as glass. A photoconductive layer 4 is formed on the layer 3 by, for example, painting a coating liquid obtained by dispersing transparent balls 4B in a material where an opaque photoconductive material such as CdS and phthalocyanine pigment are diffused in a binder, thereby obtaining an electrophotographic photoreceptor. The diameter of the transparent ball 4B is slightly smaller than the thickness of the layer 4 or is twice as large as the thickness at most. The overall area of transparent balls 4B is <=50% overall area of the layer, and the pitch for an opaque part 4A is random desirably for the purpose of preventing the moire. An original is brought into contact closely with te layer 4, and a light L is irradiated from the side of the supporting material 2 to reduce the reflection light from the opaque part 4A, thereby obtaining high-contrast copied image.
