PURPOSE:To improve the incorporability into a bearing, heat resistance, and mechanical properties by molding a compsn. comprising a specific arom. polyamide and a glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:An arom. dicarboxylic acid component comprising 60-100mol% terephthalic acid and 0-40mol% arom. dicarboxylic acid except terephthalic acid is reacted with a 6-18C linear aliph. alkylenediamine (e.g. 1,6- diaminohexane) to give an arom. polyamide with an intrinsic viscosity [eta](in conc. sulfuric acid, 30 deg.C) of 0.5-3.0dl/g. The arom. polyamide is compounded with 1-80wt.% glass fiber having a thickness of 3-7mum and a length of 0.05-6mm to give a compsn., which, if necessary after being compounded with a filler, is molded.
