<p>Preparation of imidazobenzodiazepines: <IMAGE> in which: R2 denotes hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl or optionally substituted phenyl, R3 and R4 denote hydrogen, halogen, CX3 (X being halogen), nitro, cyano, NRR', a group CONRR' (R being hydrogen or alkyl and R' being alkyl, or R and R' being alkylene), OR7, SR7, COOR7 or COR7 (R7 being hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl, R5 denotes hydrogen or fluorine and: - either R1 denotes: <IMAGE> (R8 and R'8 being alkyl or together alkylene and Y and Y' being oxygen or sulphur and R6 denoting hydrogen, halogen, nitro, amino, -NRR', SR7, OR7 or COR7, - or R1 denotes COOR9 (R9 being alkyl) or cycloalkyl and R6 denotes hydrogen, halogen, nitro, NRR', CONRR', -OR7, SR7, COOR7, COR7, -N = CH-OR9, CN, amino, -N = CH-N(CH3)2 or thiocyano, isothiocyano or thioacetyl, - or R1 denotes -COR'c (R'c being cycloalkyl) and R6 hydrogen, halogen, nitro, -NRR' or -CONRR', -SR7, -OR7, -COOR7, -COR7, -N = CH-OR9, CN and of their salts as well as of the new products obtained by this process. </p> |
