PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a heat transfer tube by a method wherein box type partitioning plates are arranged with a predetermined axial interval so that the notched parts thereof are deviated circumferentially while the inside of the box type partitioning plates is filled with curable filling material. CONSTITUTION:The ends of heat transfer tubes 2 are secured to the holes 32 of a tube plate 31 under the condition that the heat transfer tubes are arranged horizontally while box type partitioning plates 6, through which the heat transfer tubes 2 are penetrated through the holes 5, are arranged axially with a predetermined interval so that notched parts 7 are deviated circumferentially by a predetermined angle. All of the parts of a heat exchanger are pivoted circumferentially so that either one of the opening 8 of the box type partitioning plates 6 is faced upward while curable filling material 9 is poured into said box type partitioning plate 6 through the opening 8 faced upward and gaps between the heat transfer tubes 2 are filled with the filling material 9 to secure the partitioning plates 6 to the tubes by curing the material 9. The whole of the heat exchanger is pivoted circumferentially so that the openings 8 of neighboring box type partitioning plates 6 are faced upward to fill and cure the curable filling material 9 sequentially. According to this method, the heat transfer tubes are retained without leaving any gap whereby the vibration of the tubes can be prevented. |
