PURPOSE:To surely prevent generation of noise, based on various vibrations at the time of running a vehicle, without using unwoven fabric by applying and hardening paint, which contains foaming resin, to form an elastic coating film layer in the end part of a resin-made base unit brought into contact with the other member in the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A pad 2, serving as the other member in an instrument panel of an automobile, is formed of a hard resin-made base board 3, urethane foaming layer 4 formed in a surface of the base board 3 and a vinyl chloride skin 5 with which a surface of the urethane foaming layer 4 is coated. While an opening 2a is formed in a front part of the pad 2 further with a meter cluster 6, serving as an interior equipment, housed in the opening 2a. In the above constitution, an elastic coating film layer 9 is formed over the total periphery in the peripheral surface of a flange part 8 in a base unit 7 of the meter cluster 6. The elastic coating film layer 9 is formed by applying and hardening ultraviolet hardening paint which contains urethane resin fluid as foaming resin. |
