<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title pickled plum capable of preserving at ordinary temperature and preventing putrefaction by dipping pickled plum having low salt content into an alcoholic drink to carry out preservation treatment. CONSTITUTION:The aimed pickled plum subjected to preservation treatment by dipping a pickled plum into an alcoholic drink such as SHOCHU (low-class distilled spirit) or whiskey.</p> |
