<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the position slippage of material films by a method wherein, after the formation of material films, ceramic green sheets stampped out of a punch are carried as they are to a shifting head by the punch further to a lamination base as they are held by the shifting head to be temporarily pressure welded using heating iron. CONSTITUTION:The title ceramic green sheets 2 whereon material films to be electrical elements are previously formed in a specific pattern are stampped out in the aligned state with the pattern of the material films so as to be carried as they are to a shifting head 9 by a punch 4. Next, the ceramic green sheets 2 held by the shifting head 9 are shifted to a lamination base by the shifting head 9 to be laminated on the base and then the ceramic green sheets 2 in the laminated state are temporarily pressure welded with one another using heating iron 11. Through these procedures, the mutual position slippage of the material films can be avoided.</p> |
