PURPOSE:To enhance resistance to corrosion and resistance to wear by forming at least one of the sections to be in contact with resin substantially and functioned to heat the resin by means of cermet or ceramic. CONSTITUTION:Sections (A) to be in contact with resin substantially and functioned to heat the resin in, for example, an extruder, an injection molding machine and a blow molding machine are a cylinder inner surface section, a screw, a screen, a breaker plate, an adapter and a die, a mold and the like. Cermet is composed of carbide, nitride, carbon nitride composed mainly of group IVa - VIa elements and a mixture mainly composed of these compounds, and an iron group metal can be included therein. In order to introduce cermet and/or ceramic into the sections (A), for example, the process of feeding already sinter formed ceramic and/or ceramic into the sections (A), the process of covering the same, the process of combining said two processes and the like can be applied. Molded products of superior quality can be manufactured stably for a long period of time by the processing. |
