PURPOSE:To obtain a fluoroplastic laminated film, on a surface of which characters, figures, coloring, etc. are firmly printed, by forming a printed layer composed of the foluoroplastic composition onto at least one surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface tension of the surface of a fluoroplastic film is activated previously to 35 dyne/cm or more through corona discharge treatment, etc. in the surface of the fluoroplastic film prior to the printing of a fluoroplastic composition, thus improving adhesive properties. The melt flow index of the solid matter of the fluoroplastic composition used for forming a printed layer is adjusted at 10-500 in the fluoroplastic composition. A thixotropy index (a TI value) is adjusted preferably at 15-8 in the fluoroplastic composition. Accordingly, characters, figures, coloring, etc. are printed firmly, and fluoroplastic laminated film having excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties, mechanical properties, etc. is formed. |
