PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of powder transport and to prevent a pipe from being choked up with powder by disposing a valve between an expansion chamber and a powder storing tank and by interposing an air nozzle in a pipe, the valve and nozzle being operated corresponding to the operation of a Ventulimeter. CONSTITUTION:In order to perform painting, first, a valve 9 is closed and the operation of an air nozzle 11 is stopped to operate a Ventulimeter 1, whereupon powder in a storing tank 2 is sucked to be transported to an expansion chamber 3, and flows from the expansion chamber 3 into a pipe 10 to be supplied to a blowoff gun. When the Ventulimeter 1 is stopped and the valve 9 is opened just before completion of painting, powder accumulated in the expansion chamber 3 drops in the storing tank 2 to be stored therein. Subsequently, when the air nozzle 11 is operated, powder remaining in the pipe 10 is cleared away and supplied to the blowoff gun through the pipe 10 and used for painting. One cycle of such operations is suitably repeated, whereby powder can be supplied to the outside evenly. |
