PURPOSE:To record data with low-output laser light by forming a light-reflecting layer of titanium compd. CONSTITUTION:The light reflecting layer 1 consists of a titanium compd. Namely, the light reflecting layer of titanium compd. has low thermal conductivity compared to a film comprising Au, Ag, Cu, Al or single titanium, and has high specific heat in spite of low thermal conductivity, so that diffusion of heat due to laser irradiation through the light reflecting layer can be suppressed as possible, and elevation of temp. in the recording layer 3 can be efficiently performed. Thereby, a low-output laser light can be used for recording, and reproduced data with good signal data level can be obtained on reproducing. |
