PURPOSE:To prepare a NONJAK (tuberous root of devil's-tongue) paste useful for improving the bonding strength of a rod-shaped food, etc.. by mixing and kneading KONJAK powder with WAKAME seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida), etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective KONJAK paste is prepared by mixing KONJAK powder with WAKAME or SHIITAKE mushroom (Cortinellus shiitake) and kneading the mixture. A rod-shaped food 3 is placed at the center of a bag 1 containing the KONJAK paste 2 and the bag is sealed. |
