PURPOSE:To enable mass production of bean curds at a low cost by continuously feeding water and soybeans into a mortar from a hopper, grinding the soybeans, subsequently filtering using a centrifugal filter equipped at the outside thereof, boiling the resultant soybean juice and coagulating the juice. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans swelled by immersion in water and water from a water supply unit 2 are supplied to a hopper 1 and the swelled soybeans and water are then introduced into a mortar 3 composed of an upper mortar 3A and a lower mortar 3B rotating in the mutually opposite directions for continuous grinding. The soybeans ground together with water are filtered by rotating a centrifugal filter 4 to separate an insoluble residue of soybean. The resultant soybean juice obtained by filtration using the centrifugal filter 4 is subsequently supplied to a heating pan 26 and heated to prepare a 'GO' (soybean juice). To the obtained 'GO', a coagulant is added for forming and coagulation, thus producing a large amount of bean curds at once using an equipment in which the whole equipment is compacted. |
