<p>PURPOSE:To shift a point cursor to a position which can be easily detected by an operator after the shift operation of a mouse by writing the prescribed value into the value of the mouse cursor coordinates when the prescribed conditions are satisfied after the shift operation of the mouse. CONSTITUTION:When the prescribed conditions are satisfied, a changing means 8 changes the point cursor (mouse cursor) position data stored in a point cursor position storage means 6 into the prescribed value. A point cursor display con trol means 7 displays the point cursor on a display means 3 based on the changed position data. The prescribed conditions include a case where the data are inputted via a keyboard 1, a case where a pointing device (mouse) 2 is not operated for a prescribed time, etc. Thus the pointing cursor is shifted to a specific position and displayed there after operation of the device 2 when the prescribed conditions are satisfied. Therefore, an operator is not required to especially search for the point cursor.</p> |
