<p>PURPOSE:To use an existing portable electronic device without mounting a radio section and without changing a processing program by providing a reading means for reading data from the portable electronic device and an output means for outputting the read data to an external device in a noncontact manner. CONSTITUTION:When the handler of an IC card 1 approaches to a lock controller 3 under the state in which the IC card 1 is housed in a housing 2, the electric waves of a discriminating-data demand signal are transmitted over a radio section 22 in the housing 2 from the radio section 31 of the lock controller 3. The electric waves of the discriminating-data demand signal are converted into electric signals and output to a CPU 20, and the reading of discriminating data is output to a control element 10 in the IC card 1 through a read-write section 21. Accordingly, when discriminating data stored in a data memory 11 are read by the control element 10 and output to the CPU 20 in the housing 2 through an interface circuit 13, discriminating data from the control element 10 in the IC card 1 are converted into electric waves by the radio section 22, and transmitted over the radio section 31 of the lock controller 3.</p> |
