PURPOSE:To suitably set power loss to be consumed in a power source circuit by raising the capacity of the circuit during oscillation and by lowering the capacity during stop of the oscillation. CONSTITUTION:In an oscillation state that a switching element Q1 is ON and a switching element Q2 is OFF, a capacitor C2 is charged through the element Q1, a resistor R2, and a diode D2, the capacitor C2 is charged through the element Q1, a capacitor C3 and the diode D2, and a voltage VCC2 specified by a Zener diode ZD2 is applied. Thus, the capacitor C2 is charged through the capacitor C3 without the resistor R2 to increase a charging capacity. In an oscillation stopping state, both the elements Q1, Q2 are OFF, power loss due to charging/discharging of the capacitor C3 is eliminated, VCC2 supplying amount is reduced as the power source to provide suitable power loss. |
