发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF OPTICAL RECORDING CARRIER
摘要 PURPOSE:To release easily, lower the water absorption coefficient, eliminate oxidization of a metal group recording film and make pitting corrosion hard to be generated by injecting fluorinated epoxy vinyl ester resin and a cured resin composition containing polymerized vinyl monomers into a mold having a stamper with an information pattern. CONSTITUTION:Fluorinated epoxy vinyl ester resin is prepared by, for instance, reacting fluorinated epoxy resin and unsaturated monobasic acid. As for fluorinated epoxy resin, fluorinated bisphenol A epoxy resin, fluorinated novolak epoxy resin or the like can be used, and above all, fluorinated bisphenol A epoxy resin preferable. Further, a nomal temperature curing catalyst, a heat curing catalyst or a photopolymerization starting agent is added to said fluorinated vinyl ester resin composition to be used as a normal temperature curing, a heat curing or an energy beam curing resin composition. Thus, a carrier to be released easily, with small water absorption coefficient and warp amount and not generating pitting corrosion at all when a metal group recording film is mounted on can be manufactured, which can be applied to a rewritable type optical magnetic disk base, an optical card, and the like.
