PURPOSE:To contrive to save space and automatize a bean curd-packing operation by raising a raising plate to insert a strip-like bean curd placed on the raising plate between the bean curd-nipping members of a bean curd-holding mechanism from the lower direction to cut the bean curd into pieces each of a dish size, with a cutter. CONSTITUTION:When a strip-like bean curd cut off from a molded bean curd is cut into pieces each of a dish size, the strip-like bean curd is raised with a raising plate to press the bean curd into a bean curd-holding mechanism equipped with a mechanism for separately holding the bean curd pieces having a dish size for cutting the strip-like bean curd with a cutter, thereby permitting to reduce the size of a space required for cutting the strip-like bean curd into pieces of one dish size and change a water tank into a small size and further allowing to hold the cut bean curd pieces with the bean curd-holding mechanism to facilitate the perfect automation of a bean curd piece-packing process. |
