PURPOSE:To suppress thermal conduction from contacts to terminals by providing a by-pass circuit narrower than a contact to be arranged on a side of a contact at an interval and by making one end adjacent to the contact and the other end to a terminal to form a terminal which contacts electrodes of a positive temperature coefficient thermistor. CONSTITUTION:For the purpose of constructing a positive temperature coefficient thermistor of a combination of a current restricting thermistor 2 and a heating thermistor 3, they are overlapped with a common terminal 5 of metal sheet sandwiched, and terminals 4, 6 are brought into contact with the electrodes of the thermistors 2, 3 via flexible contacts 41, 46, respectively. In this constitution, the terminal 5 is brought into contact with the respective electrodes 20, 23 of the thermistors 2, 3 in common, where the terminal 5 is provided with a by-pass 53, which is narrower than a contact 51 and is arranged on its side at interval G1. Further, one end of the by-pass 53 is made adjacent to the top of the contact 51, and the other end to a terminal 52, so that they make an electric, thermal series circuit.
