<p>Disposable cutlery such as spoons, forks, knives and chopsticks, is formed from a cardboard sheet material which may have a heat and fat resisting coating. The spoon and fork have curved parts (1-6) to increase rigidity and reinforce the transition point between the stem part and head part. The knife is formed from a double folded web of sheet material (21,22) compressed in the cutting area to provide teeth of a low thickness with high bending resistance. The chopstick is formed from a spirally wound web of material, but may also be formed from elongated strips of cardboard fixed to one another.</p> |
