PURPOSE:To supply a large amt. of an auxiliary gas at a high speed with good purity by introducing the auxiliary gas to the spacing part between 1st and 2nd nozzles for emitting a laser beam to a work and injecting the auxiliary gas toward a processing point. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 2 is ejected by the 1st nozzle 24 to the work 13. The circular conical 2nd nozzle 20 is provided along the optical axis 2a of the laser beam so as to have the prescribed spacing with the circular conical space of the 1st nozzle 24. The auxiliary gas is introduced from an auxiliary gas supplying port 23 to the spacing part of the 1st and 2nd nozzles 24, 20 and is ejected toward the processing point. The pressure of the auxiliary gas is regulated by a pressure regulating means. Thus, the processing head of the laser beam machine which improves the method for supplying the auxiliary gas at the time of processing with the laser is provided. |
