PURPOSE:To allow the adequate execution of the segmented adminstration of number of image forming sheets for each of use departments by counting up one each of the storage contents of a memory region corresponding to the codes read by the reading means of a non-volatile memory means by the count signal outputted at every image forming cycle. CONSTITUTION:The count up signal arrives at an input/output interface circuit 8 at every copying cycle and 1 is added to the corresponding address of the non-volatile RAM 6 via an address latch 5 in the processing by a CPU 9 when a copying stage is started. The 1 is added to a reset counter as well when the reset counter is under operation. The results of the addition are successively displayed on a display device 15 for the number of copies. The accumulated number of copies is known from the display of the display device 15 when the required copying ends. The number of copies of this time is known when the reset counter is selected. The ill use of keys is prevented in this way. The previous totalized data is usable as it is when the codes are decoded and, there fore, this device is extremely convenient and the reliability as the management device is improved. |
