发明名称 BORING DEVICE FOR PRINTED WIRING BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute good boring efficiently from both surfaces by having means for guiding the laser beams projected from two laser light sources from both surfaces with respect to the processing position of a printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam of the laser 2 is reflected by a mirror 12 and is condensed by a condenser lens 8 so as to form a spot on the front surface side of the printed wiring board 16. The laser beam from the laser 4 is reflected by a mirror 14 and is condensed by a lens 10 so as to form a spot on the rear surface side of the printed wiring board 16. The angles of deflection of the laser beams by the mirrors are both 90 deg. and the reflected light rays thereof progress in the directions opposite from each other in the same direction. The adjustment to align the optical axes of the two reflected light rays is executed by moving the laser 4 and a sensor 18 in an arrow direction with respect to a base plate 24 while the printed wiring board 16 is not mounted and detecting the laser beam projected from a reference light source 6 by the sensor 18. The good boring is executed efficiently from both surfaces in this way.
