The shifting device of X, Y sliding form is operated by the pneumatic control for the interlocking gear of transmission. The shifting device includes pneumatic cylinders (2,2') with piston (4,4') mounted on the inside of supporting frame (9) fixed to the shift case (1), a partition plate (3) located in middel. The oil path of pneumatic consists of oil paths (6,6') on the expansion side formed in the partition plate (3), oil paths (7,7') of contraction side formed the caps (8,8') on both sides.
