IONTOPHORETIC DELIVERY METHOD

An improved method for delivering a drug or beneficial agent transdermally to humans by iontophoresis is provided. The method includes selecting and iontophoretically delivering the drug through a skin site (11) which optimizes the transdermal delivery rate of the drug while minimizing inter-patient variability in skin resistance.
