The toothbrush (1) has an exchangeable head (2) and consists of two parts i.e. the head (2) and a reusable handle (3). The head bristles are secured to a simple plastics plate in a respectively required configuration. The heads are secured simply in the handle by a snap-, pressure- or plug connection.
