PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film having a suitable strength and capable of production with an excellent productivity at a low cost by applying a mixture solution composed of an organic solvent capable of dissolution of a PS-based film and a diluent to the surface of the film and deteriorating the film by an action of the organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A mixture solution composed of an organic solvent (e.g. toluene, methyl acetate or acetone) capable of dissolution of a PS-based film and a diluent (e.g. methanol or ethanol) is applied at least to one side of the PS-based film to obtain the objective film.
