<p>PURPOSE:To keep an insulation of an electrode and restrict a reduction of a magnetic force around a filter element by a method wherein the electrode arranged in the filter element is covered by an insulating material and an end part of the electrode is covered by an insulation cover. CONSTITUTION:A plus electrode 23 of an air filter 8 of a separate type air conditioner is constructed such that several stainless steel rods 26 are arranged in a longitudinal direction on several stainless steel rods 25 arranged in a lateral direction, their crossing points 27 are spot welded, thereafter the upper left and upper right contact points 28 are masked and then the insulation materials 29 are covered. A minus electrode 14 of stainless steel not, a deodoring filter 16, an electrical charged filter 20 having a flat-plate like member 18 and a corrugated member 19 adhered to each other and overlapped from each other and having several small holes 20 at its front and rear surfaces, an insulation cover 21 covering an edge of the filter and a plus electrode 23 are piled in sequence on a main frame 12, thereafter an auxiliary frame 22 is abutted to them and then a circumference of the auxiliary frame and a circumference of the main frame 12 are welded to each other. At this time, the upper right and left crossing points 28 of the plus electrode 23 are brought into contact with the electrode terminal 24 of the auxiliary frame 22 and further the end pert 30 of the plus electrode 23 is made to abut against the insulation cover 21.</p> |
