The module comprises a magnetic screening enclosure 50 consisting of a plinth 70 and of a housing element 54, the enclosure containing an electromagnetic cavity 52 for creating a radiofrequency field and a set of electrical conductors 88, 90, 92, 94 arranged so as to form a solenoid. The jet of particles traverses the screening enclosure via two openings 66, 68 formed in the input 62 and output 64 plates. According to the invention, the electrical conductors are arranged symmetrically with respect to a plane parallel to the plane of the turns and containing the beam of particles. This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a very uniform, constant magnetic field. Application to atomic or molecular jet resonators.
