LINE PRESSURE CONTROLLER FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE:To set a line pressure so accurately by finding a change portion of engine output torque uncorrelated by any change in throttle valve opening from an air flow being detected by an intake air flow detecting means, through which compensating this throttle valve opening for setting the line pressure. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve opening compensating means C finds a changed portion of engine output torque uncorrelated with any change of throttle valve opening including an engine output torque changing portion based on an air density change and another engine output torque changing portion due to a secular in an opening area of an inlet system and so on from an air flow being detected by an intake air flow detecting means B, through which it compensates the throttle valve opening being detected by a throttle valve opening detecting means A. A line pressure setting means D performs the setting of line pressure on the basis of the said compensated throttle valve opening. With this constitution, since such a throttle valve opening value as suited with the engine output torque is securable, line pressure setting can be done so accurately in every operational environment.
