DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING OF SPRINGS

The device is applied in spring production, and in particular, for such springs that are to be used in commutational apparatuses. It creates conditions for automation of control and enhances accuracy. The device contains a base, to which an elastic beam (2) is placed with a tensiometric bridge (3), differentially connected inductive transformers (4) and a mechanism for deformation (5). The elastic beam (2) and the deformation mechanism (5) are formed beds (6 and 7) for hinging controlled springs (8). The signals from the tensiometric bridge (3) and the inductive transformers (4) are prepared by an electric measuring bloc. The exit ensures information both for visual control and automotive sorting of the springs.
