PURPOSE: To simultaneously perform close bonding between a plastic layer and a textile reinforced insertion and molding process by stretching two layers comprising thermoplastic resins at both sides of the textile reinforced insertion positioned between a punch and a die of a press molding tool, closing the press molding tool, and then penetrating the thermoplastic resins into the textile of the textile reinforced insertion. CONSTITUTION: After a thermoplastic resin is pushed out as a hose through a ring die, it is received by a tapered portion 4 of a frame 2 and the hose is stretched in the frame 2 of the stretching device 1. In this case, a textile reinforced insertion or a textile mat 7 is positioned between the broad width plane at the hose. A punch 11 is then inserted into the die 12 while taking the stretched hose and the textile reinforced insertion or the textile mat 7, on closing the mold the stretched hose and the textile reinforced insertion or the textile mat 7 are pushed one another, and the heated thermoplastic resin penetrates the mesh of the textile reinforced insertion or the textile mat 7, thereby being molded to a desired molded article. |
