The volume element is intended for construction of low-storied houses, villas and other types of construction. A rich diversity of shapes for the exterior and interior are achieved both in the story plane and at the height of the building by using a small number of variant elements on a module principle. The volume element represents a spacial metallic skeleton composed of horizontal (1), vertical longitudinal (2) and cross (3) frames, while the vertical longitudinal frames (2) are at least one-storied and built of rods (6), forming more than one isosceles rectangular triangle (7) connected so that one cathetus (9) is common for the two triangles (7) and represents consecutively cathetus-hypothenuse of follow-up isosceles rectangular triangles (7). The peaks (8) at a right angle to the triangles (7) are situated with a subsequence of the top (4) and bottom (5) RIGEL, while the peaks (8) of at least two adjacent triangles (7) may lie only on one of the RIGELs (4,5) from the vertical longitudinal frame (2). The rods (6) from the one vertical longitudinal frame (2) are connected with the opposite from the other vertical longitudinal frame (2) by forming cross-slanted frames (12).
