DEVICE FOR FEEDING OF GALVANIC BATHES

The device is applied in the automation of the processes in galvanic baths. It has an enhanced productivity at guaranteed parameters of the technological regime and it creates an opportunity for automated work and control of the residual material. To maintain the technological parameters in the device, a regulator and a manageable transformer for alternating and direct voltage is placed. At the entry of the regulator, a potentiometer for the tuning of the external characteristic of the transformer. The device includes a contour for regulation of the cover thickness, in which the conductivity of the electrolyte is recorded, and a contour for measuring the area of pieces, where a current transformer, rectifier and a functional transformer are included. To control the process, the number of cycles and an indicator for the quantities of precipitated material is placed.
