PURPOSE:To provide the title elastic copolymer causing no crack, poorly soluble to unsaturated ethylenic compounds, small in the surface tackiness, consisting of a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene with almost all of the conjugated diene hydrogenated. CONSTITUTION:The objective copolymer consisting of a block copolymer of (A) an aromatic vinyl compound and (B) a conjugated diene with the content of the component A being 5-60 (pref. 10-40)wt.% and at least 70 (pref. 85-100)wt.% of the component B hydrogenated. For the present copolymer, it is preferable that the weight-average molecular weight be 10000-1000000, the number-average molecular weight of the block A 4000-50000, and the number- average molecular weight of the block B 10000-250000. |
