Drainage device intended to permit the removal, by suction, of secretions appearing in an injury wound or surgical wound, comprising a flexible tube (1), a first end part (1a) of which is intended to be introduced into the site of the said wound to be drained, and the other end part (1b) of which is intended to be connected to a suitable suction device. The said first end part (1a) comprises at least one perforation (2, 3, 4, 5) forming a communication between the outside and the inside of the said tube, and a removable cylindrical rod (6), made of flexible material, inserted coaxially into the tube and capable of sliding with friction inside the latter, occupies the inner volume of at least the said first end part (1a) of the said tube, in a leakproof manner, in order to temporarily prevent the communication between the outside and the inside of the said tube through the said perforation. <IMAGE>
