Leisure pursuits locomotion means with manual propulsion. The invention consists of a device including a movable chassis on three wheels mounted on a tyre. It consists of a propulsive rear part (1), propulsion provided by an individual pedalling on a seat and rotating a pedal and bottom (assembly). The propulsive rear part includes a wheel which is actuated manually, whereas the front part consists of a pod (3) including a seat located on two wheels on either side of the pod or seat. The movable and articulated front part makes it possible to transport a person seated in comfortable conditions. The front seat is mounted on a shaft (4) making it possible to have high flexibility in circulation and in the gyratory sense. <IMAGE>
