Crossbar and stands for rings, intended for sports gymnastics, characterised in that the transverse bar is more flexible than on all currently used models. Said bar is articulated on the uprights of the crossbar and stands by means of the silent block or rubber piece. This crossbar and stands is also characterised by the linking of the rings to the transverse bar by a rigid rod made from composite material or other rigid material, connected at its top point by a self-blocking bearing, equipped with a cardan (universal) joint, and fastened to the rings by a short textile link, the bottom of the uprights of the crossbar and stands being connected by a cable. <IMAGE>
